We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, unremoved stickers or tags, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).

All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Sale & Promotion

The promotion, discounted items, and the discount amount are subject to change or subject to be cancelled with or without notice at any time during the promotional period. We reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions of this offer during the promotional period.

Return Policy and Procedure (if applicable)

No return will be accepted without a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item ONLY with a provided return shipping label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please Note:  Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return or exchange and cannot be refunded.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged Products Policy
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact info@m5tr.com within 15 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 15 days. 

ALLERGIC REACTIONS
We understand that sometimes certain products do not agree with your skin type. We will refund or credit the individual product that caused the Allergic Reaction. All reactions must be reported within the first 48 hours of use. M5TR reserves the right to request a Doctors letter and/or photos of the reaction in order to confirm that it was caused by one of our products. All requested documents need to be submitted to info@m5tr.com.

Please note that all instructions, ingredients, opinions and suggestions regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients please contact your doctor or you can contact us for further information.

Orders
Adding an item to your cart, unfortunately, does not reserve the stock for your final checkout. Stock is only allocated to your order once the payment has been accepted and the order confirmed.
If an item(s) you have ordered goes out of stock, the item(s) will be refunded, and any remaining item(s) will be dispatched. You will be notified via email of any changes to your order(s).

Shipping
We have put extra measures in place to meet the high demand in orders. We'll be working around the clock to ensure orders are sent in a timely manner. However, there may be delay in dispatch times due to the volume of orders coming through. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update, once you have received your shipping confirmation email.

Discounts
All other discount codes will be disabled during the year-end promotional period. The Discount may not be combined with any other offer. Any orders placed prior to the beginning of the promotional campaign will not be subject to further discounts. No price adjustments are available on previous purchases and no rainchecks.

Returns
The return must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. The item must be returned with the tags or stickers not removed and packaging in their original condition.
